Good condition for age - staples are rusty (the rust has slightly protruded through to the front cover - see photo) - the bottom two-inches of paper is torn at the bottom of the spine (could be glued back to spine) - two inch tear to the front cover at the bottom of the spine and affects rear cover - all pages inside in great condition
