DELIVERY & RETURNS

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship to a number of countries worldwide. We post inland (United Kingdom) and we ship to USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, South Africa and a few EU countries*. If we do not ship to your country, you can use our parcel forwarding service via Forward2Me (click here for details). All items are shipped from our warehouse in the United Kingdom.
* To comply with the new GPSR (General Product Safety Regulations), certain products on our website (made available after the 13th December 2024) are not available to EU customers. Please contact us prior to purchasing if you have any queries regarding the new legislation.

 

I LIVE IN THE US. WILL I HAVE TO PAY THE NEW US TARIFFS?
We ship all orders to the USA using the "Postal Delivery Duties Paid" PDDP service which means all duties are included in the shipping price on our website, so parcels pass through US customs quickly without any further fees for you. We can also offer fast shipments to the US by Fedex International Priority (please enquire for details/prices).

 

I HAVE PAID FOR A TRACKED DELIVERY SERVICE. HOW DO I TRACK MY ITEM?
Once we have dispatched your order, we will send you an email with the tracking information. You can then track the progress of your shipment online.

 

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
Shop prices do not include shipping. Shipping is added at the checkout and is calculated on the order weight. Magazines vary greatly in weight so the fastest way to calculate the shipping cost is to select items you wish to buy, click "Add to basket" and proceed to the checkout. Enter your address and the country you would like the items delivered to. The Postage section will then display the shipping cost. You can browse our prices on the Shipping Rates page.

 

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days from our warehouse, excluding weekends/bank holidays. See below for estimated delivery times (once dispatched):

United Kingdom:
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (with Signature) (1-2 days after dispatch)
DHL/Fedex/UPS (1-2 days after dispatch)

All countries outside the United Kingdom:
Air Mail Tracked (usually 7-10 days, but this is not guaranteed)

 

I LIVE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM - WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
We offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 (with Signature) or courier (either DHL, Fedex or UPS). All United Kingdom postal services require a signature on delivery. If you are not available to sign for the item, the delivery person will let you know delivery has been attempted. You do then have the option to book a redelivery online.
NOTE: Royal Mail will hold items for 7-14 days before returning them to us.

 

I LIVE OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM - WILL I HAVE TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE WHEN IT ARRIVES?
All items are mailed from the United Kingdom by Air Mail Tracked. Air Mail Tracked provides tracking and in some cases (depending on country) a signature on delivery. 

 

WILL I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES OUTSIDE THE UK?
In some countries, import duties/taxes may apply and you are advised to check before placing an order. We have no control over these charges. Contact your local customs office for further information.
Packages to USA, Germany, Italy, Netherlands and Switzerland will incur no import duties/taxes as these fees are included in the shipping price on our website. 

 

DO YOU SHIP TO THE EU & NORTHERN IRELAND?
We have products which fall under old and new EU GPRS regulations, so certain items can no longer be shipped to EU countries (please enquire for details). If you are in the EU and your country is not on our shipping list, please contact us if you would like to place an order. Alternatively you can use our recommended shipping forwarding service via Forward2Me (details below).
BELGIUM AND NORWAY: Parcels to Belgium and Norway are delivered DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Parcels to these countries will be held by customs until you pay the VAT/customs due. If no payment is received from you, the package will be destroyed or returned to us. We cannot be held liable for loss resulting from unpaid duties. We advise you to check the rates in your country before purchasing. A €3 customs charge for all parcels valued at €150 or less is being introduced in the EU on the 1st July 2026 (the duty is charged per product type within the parcel). You will need to pay this fee upon delivery in the EU.
GERMANY, ITALY, NETHERLANDS AND SWITZERLAND: Parcels to Germany, Italy, Netherlands and Switzerland are mailed DDP (Delivery Duties Paid). There will be no VAT or customs charges for you to pay upon delivery as these are included in the shipping price on our website.

 

I NOTICE YOU OFFER SHIPPING TO EU COUNTRIES VIA THE SHIPPING COMPANY FORWARD2ME. HOW DOES THAT WORK?
Sign-up on the website Forward2Me and then purchase from our store. We ship your order to Forward2Me and they ship on to you (at a cost). Details can be found on the Forward2Me website and on our website (click here for details).

 

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SENT TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
Yes. You can select an alternative delivery address at the checkout.

 

I NEED AN ITEM URGENTLY. CAN I SELECT NEXT-DAY DELIVERY?
At the moment we do not offer next-day delivery. If your order is urgent, contact us before ordering and we can advise how quickly we can dispatch to you.

 

CAN I RETURN ANY ITEM FOR A REFUND?
Newspapers and magazines from our store are not eligible for returns or refunds unless faulty or misrepresented (as per the Consumer Cancellation Rights).
Pursuant to Article 16(i) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, individual purchases of periodicals and magazines are completely excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal.
