DELIVERY & RETURNS

 

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently deliver to a number of countries worldwide. We post inland (United Kingdom) and also to USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Mexico, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Belgium and Denmark. All items are shipped from our warehouse in the United Kingdom.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO COUNTRIES IN THE EU?
Because of the new VAT rules for the EU, we are currently only posting DDU to Belgium and Denmark. (DDU = Delivery Duties Unpaid).
If you live in Belgium or Denmark you will be required to pay VAT and any other duties once the parcel reaches customs in your country (see our note further below).
Many of our customers in the EU use the forwarding company forward2me.com. Simply sign-up on their website; they provide you with a UK address, then you purchase from our store and we ship the goods to them. They then forward the goods to you. See their website for further information.

 

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
Shop prices do not include shipping. Shipping is added at the checkout and is calculated on the weight of your order. Magazines vary in weight so the fastest way to calculate the shipping cost is to select the item(s) you want to purchase, click "Add to basket" and proceed to the checkout. Enter your address details and choose the country you would like the items delivered to. You will then see the Postage section, showing the shipping prices. This can be done before you reach the final checkout stage, enabling you to check the total cost before proceeding with your order. You can browse our prices on the Shipping Rates page.

 

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
Orders are dispatched within 5 working days (excluding weekends/bank holidays). See below for estimated delivery times (once dispatched):

Tracked 24 (with signature) (1-2 days)
UPS/FedEx (1-2 days)
Royal Mail Special Delivery (1 day)

Europe, USA, Canada, Japan, Australia and Rest of World
Air Mail or Air Mail Tracked (7-14 days)
UPS/FedEx (3-6 days)

 

I LIVE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM - WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
We offer Tracked 24 (with Signature), UPS/Fedex or Royal Mail Special delivery. Tracked 24 (with signature) requires a signature on delivery. We also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery (signature on delivery) and UPS/FedEx delivery. If you are not available to sign for the item at the time of delivery, the delivery person will let you know a delivery has been attempted. NOTE: Royal Mail will hold items for 7-14 days before returning them to us.

 

I LIVE OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM - WILL I HAVE TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE WHEN IT ARRIVES?
Items are mailed from our warehouse in the United Kingdom by Air Mail, Air Mail Tracked or UPS/FedEx. Select the shipping method you require at the checkout.
- Standard Air Mail does not require a signature and does not include tracking.
- Air Mail Tracked provides tracking and in some cases (depending on country) a signature on delivery.
- We offer UPS/FedEx to USA, Canada and a few other countries. UPS/FedEx deliveries are fully trackable at every stage of the journey. We can also offer UPS/FedEx to all other countries if required. Just contact us for further details.
NOTE: In some countries, import duties and taxes may apply and you are advised to check these details yourself before placing an order. We have no control over these charges. Contact your local customs office for further information.
NOTE TO CUSTOMERS IN BELGIUM AND DENMARK: All packages to Belgium and Denmark are sent DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). All shipments will therefore be held by the relevant customs authorities in your country until you (the customer) pay the VAT / customs duties that are due. We understand that if no payment is received from you, the package will be destroyed or returned to us. We will not be liable for any loss resulting from the destruction or return of goods where duties have not been paid by you. The duties vary in price by country, and we advise you to first check the rates in your country before purchasing from us. 

 

I HAVE PAID FOR A TRACKED DELIVERY SERVICE. HOW DO I TRACK MY ITEM?
Once we have dispatched your item, we will send you an email with the tracking information. You can then track the delivery progress of your parcel online.

 

I NEED AN ITEM URGENTLY. CAN I SELECT NEXT-DAY DELIVERY?
At the moment we do not offer next-day delivery. However, if your order is urgent, contact us before ordering and we can advise how quickly we can dispatch to you.

 

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SENT TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
Yes. When you place an order, at the checkout select the option: "Is this the address you want your order delivered to?".
If you would like the order sent to a different address, simply enter the address you would like the order delivered to.

 

CAN I RETURN ANY ITEM FOR A REFUND?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept returns*.
Items must be returned in the condition they were received within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us before returning any items. We will issue a refund on the item when it is returned to us, less the postage costs**.
All returns must be returned by tracked mail. If your order has been shipped out to you and you then decide you would like a refund, we request that the parcel is returned to us unopened and a full refund will then be given.
* Orders sent by courier internationally (e.g. FedEx/UPS) are non-returnable/non-refundable once they have been dispatched.
** We will only pay for shipping costs if the item has been misrepresented.
