Fair condition for age - there is some light age wear to front cover - there is tearing to bottom of spine (paper missing) - front cover has been torn and has been mended in the past with sellotape on the front cover (and also some sellotape on the inner front cover) - all pages inside intact and in good condition - one-inch tear at the bottom of the rear cover - staples are rusty
