Fair condition - magazine has been read - there is creasing to front cover - also scuffing to paper on front cover (see photo) - there is a large hole tear through the rear cover - creasing to top corner of rear cover and affects a few pages at rear - there is a number written in pen at the bottom of the rear cover - age wear throughout
