Good condition for age - there is some light age wear to front cover - one-inch tear to rear cover (bottom of spine) - there is some 'denting' through magazine (possibly due to previous storage conditions) - light wear/creasing to edge of rear cover - a quarter-page has been cut out from the bottom of page 147 (and there is a little pencil writing at the bottom of this page) - very small wrinkled area at top of front cover and affects top of page 3
