Fair to good condition for age - the top layer of paper is damaged on the front cover, close to the spine (see photo below) - there is a one-and-a-half-inch tear to the paper at the bottom of the spine revealing page edges (this could possibly be glue repaired) - there is a small tear at the edge of the front cover and a crease to bottom corner - crease to top of rear cover
