Good condition for age - tiny crease to top corner of front cover - there is some very light creasing to areas near to the spine - there is a 3.5cm tear to the paper at the very bottom of the spine affecting front and rear cover (see the photo) - the staples are rusty - yellowing to some pages inside - some light yellowing foxed spots to rear cover
