Fair condition - there is a tear through the front cover (between the letters "n" and "c" of "romance") and the tear also affects pages 3-4 - front cover does have a lot of indentations (due to previous storage conditions) - GLUE ON SPINE HAS COMPLETELY SPLIT BUT ALL PAGES ARE STILL INTACT
