Fair to good condition - light scuff to top of spine - there is a 1cm and a 2cm tear at the top of the front cover (see photo) - tiny tear at open edge of front cover - there is light age wear with some small white scratches over front cover - small tear at top of page 3 - all remaining pages inside in excellent unread condition
