The term ‘us’, ‘we’ or 'our' refers to CrazyAboutMagazines whose registered office is Unit 13H, 97A East Road, Sleaford, Lincolnshire, NG34 7EH, telephone 07733 396076. The owner of the website being J. Holmes, T/A CrazyAboutMagazines. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Note: Calls cost up to 26p per minute from a BT landline (call set-up fees may apply). Charges from mobile or other landline providers may be considerably more.

Ordering & Payment Terms:

We accept payment for online orders via Worldpay or PayPal's secure gateway (all major credit/debit cards accepted). All shop prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). Shipping costs are added at the checkout. Shipping costs are shown prior to purchase by simply adding items to the shopping basket and selecting "Calculate Postage Cost" or by viewing our Shipping Rates page.

We are based in the United Kingdom and all prices are displayed in British money. If you are outside the United Kingdom and place an order, your card will be debited in GBP (Great British Pound) but the exact amount you are charged will depend on the currency rate in your own country. Orders placed outside the United Kingdom may incur a foreign currency conversion/transaction fee. This charge is dependent on your card issuer/bank and may vary depending on the type of card you use (usually a very small percentage of the total). We cannot be responsible for any international service charges that your payment card issuer may charge. As we have no visibility or control over these charges, we are unable to refund them.

Once you have placed your order and your payment has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation to acknowledge receipt of your order along with your order number. If you have not received email confirmation within a few minutes of placing your order, please contact us. Email notification of your order does not constitute acceptance of your order, nor does any payment processed prior to shipping the goods. Acceptance of your order will take place on dispatch of your order unless you have cancelled your order or we have not accepted your order. We will send you a dispatch email confirmation immediately the goods have been dispatched.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, we have the right to terminate your order and refuse any future orders from you on our website. We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.

Age restrictions:

You must be 18 years or older to make a purchase on our website.

Delivery terms:

Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom within 5 days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday excluding weekends/bank holidays). After dispatch, please allow the relevant delivery times (as given on our Delivery & Returns page).

United Kingdom:
Orders within the United Kingdom are mailed using Royal Mail Tracked 24 (with signature), Royal Mail Special Delivery or UPS Tracked. Items posted by Royal Mail will be delivered as per Royal Mail's service standards and Tracked 24 delivery generally takes 1-2 working days (however delivery times are not guaranteed). Royal Mail Special Delivery is guaranteed to arrive by 1pm the day after we dispatch. Royal Mail Special Delivery will require a signature on delivery. Tracked 24 (with signature) will require a signature on delivery. If you are not available to sign for the parcel at the time of delivery, the postman will leave a card. The card will indicate how you can collect your item or arrange a redelivery. We will not accept any costs you incur in collecting any such items. If you specify a deliverable "safe place" with Royal Mail and your item becomes damaged or stolen, we do not accept any liability once the parcel has been delivered.

Items sent by UPS Tracked may require a signature on receipt. If you are not available when UPS attempt to deliver, they will inform you that delivery has been attempted. UPS will usually attempt three times to deliver the parcel to you. If they are unsuccessful in delivering after three attempts, the package will be returned to us. If this occurs, you will be liable for the redelivery charge. If you then decide to cancel the order, the original delivery charge is non-refundable.

International:
All international deliveries are mailed by Air Mail Tracked or UPS/Fedex.
Air Mail Tracked and UPS/Fedex are tracked services and may require a signature on delivery (depending on country). Air Mail Tracked usually take 7-14 days. UPS/Fedex usually take 3-6 days delivery (depending on destination). UPS/Fedex parcels require delivery to a physical address (not a PO Box). Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed as parcels can sometimes be delayed through customs which we have no control over.
Note: In some countries, import duties/taxes may apply. You are advised to check these details yourself before placing an order. We have no control over these charges and cannot be held responsible for these. Contact your local customs office for further information.

General delivery information:
Royal Mail will hold United Kingdom Tracked items for around 18 calendar days before returning them to us. International Tracked items will be held for around 7-14 days abroad before being returned to us. If your package is returned to us due to non-collection on your part, you will be liable for the redelivery charge. If you then wish to cancel your order, we will refund your payment less shipping.

If any items are returned undeliverable to us due to insufficient address/incorrect address due to a mistake on your part, we will inform you that the item has been returned to us, and you will be responsible for the redelivery charge.

Cancellation and Returns Policy:

We do not supply goods "on approval". If, after ordering, you decide that you no longer require the item(s), you can cancel any part / all of your order at any time up until the point where we dispatch the goods to your delivery address. You should contact us immediately by phone or email to determine whether or not the order has already been dispatched. We can then arrange a full refund and the associated postage costs.

If you wish to cancel your order after receiving the goods, you must advise us immediately and return the unwanted item(s) within 14 days*. Please email or telephone us before returning any items. A refund of the cost (less postage paid**) will be processed within 7 days of receiving returned goods or the service being cancelled. (The return postage cost is at the expense of the customer***). All returns must be appropriately packaged. Please obtain a postal receipt as proof of the goods being returned to us.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. PayPal payments generally take up to 5 working days for the refund to be completed, however depending on your card company this may take up to 30 days. Worldpay refunds can take up to 10 working days to clear into the cardholder's bank. If the payment card is issued outside of the UK, the refund can take up to 30 working days to clear.

If we have shipped an incorrect item, you have the right to return the item to us and receive a full refund plus all shipping costs. Please contact us prior to returning any items.

* All international orders sent by courier (i.e. Fedex, UPS) are non-returnable/non-refundable once they have been dispatched.
** If you wish to return magazines, postage costs are non-refundable.
*** We will only pay for shipping costs if the item has been misrepresented.

Damaged Items:

We always endeavour to pack every item with care. Occasionally an item may become damaged during transit. In such cases, a full refund (or replacement, if available) will be issued if the item is returned to us, in its original packaging, as soon the damage is discovered.

Items we agree to purchase from you:

We sometimes buy back issues. Any goods that we (the 'buyer') purchase from you (the 'seller') must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Unless we have arranged to collect the items from you, all items must be mailed to us within our agreed time-frame and be mailed using a tracked courier/postal service. If, upon receiving items and inspecting them, we find they are 'of unsatisfactory quality', or 'not as originally described', we reserve the right to return all items. In the case of unsatisfactory or inaccurately described goods, all postage costs (i.e. the cost to ship the item(s) to us, and the cost of returning the item(s) to you) will be the responsibility of the seller. For further info, please refer to the Sale of Goods Act 1979 / Distance Selling Regulations.

Other:

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the products available on our website. Prices for all products are subject to change.
There may sometimes be information on our webite that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies regarding description, pricing or stock availability. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update the information on our website at any time, without prior notice.

All trademarks, images and logos are the property of their respective owners. Our copyrights are for our images and our wording only. No part of the site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, redistributed, stored, modified or displayed without the express written permission from us. Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
