What countries do you deliver to?
We deliver magazines to all countries worldwide. All items are shipped from our warehouse in the United Kingdom.


How much does delivery cost?
Click here for our worldwide shipping rates. The shipping cost depends on the weight of your order. Magazines vary in weight so the easiest way to find out the shipping cost is to select items you want to purchase, click "Add to basket" and then "Calculate postage cost" and choose the country you would like the item(s) delivered to. This can be done before you reach the checkout so you can check the shipping cost before going ahead with your order.

I need an item urgently. Do you offer next-day delivery?
Unfortunately (at the moment) we do not offer next-day delivery (but this is sometimes possible). If you are an individual, collector or a media/research company and need an item urgently, contact us first on 07733 396076 or use our "urgent delivery request form here" before ordering.
If you require items mailed quickly to Europe or worldwide, we offer a 2-6 day shipping service provided by UPS or Fedex.
If we currently offer the UPS/Fedex shipping option to your country, this will be shown at the checkout. If the UPS/Fedex shipping option is not shown for your country, please contact us first for an exact shipping quote and delivery time.

How long will delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 5 working days (excluding weekends/bank holidays).

1st Class Recorded: 1-2 days
2nd Class Recorded: 2-3 days
UPS/Fedex: 1-2 days
Royal Mail Special delivery: 1 day

Europe
UPS/Fedex: 2-6 days
Air Mail or Air Mail Tracked: 4-7 days

USA, Canada, Japan, Australia and Rest of World
UPS/Fedex: 3-6 days
Air Mail or Air Mail Tracked: 7-14 days


I live in the United Kingdom - will I have to sign for the package when it arrives?
Yes. We offer 1st Class, 2nd Class Recorded, Special Delivery and UPS/Fedex delivery within the UK and Northern Ireland and a signature is required on delivery. If you are not available to sign for the item at the time of delivery, the postman will leave a card instructing you where to collect the item from. Please note that Royal Mail will hold items for 7-14 days before returning them to us. If this occurs, you will be liable for the redelivery charge. If you then wish to cancel the order, the original delivery charge will not be refunded.


I live outside the United Kingdom - do I have to sign for the package when it arrives?
All items are mailed worldwide from our warehouse in the United Kingdom by "Air Mail", Air Mail Tracked" or "UPS/Fedex". Select the shipping method you require at the checkout.
- Standard Air Mail does not require a signature and does not include tracking.
- Air Mail Tracked provides tracking and in some cases (depending on country) a signature on delivery.
- We offer UPS/Fedex to USA, Canada, Japan, Australia and Europe. UPS/Fedex deliveries are trackable at every stage of the journey. We can also offer the UPS/Fedex option to all other countries if required - just contact us for details.

Please Note: In some countries, import duties and taxes may apply and you are advised to check these details yourself before placing an order. We have no control over these charges. Contact your local customs office for further information.
 
I have paid for a tracked delivery service - how do I track my item?
If you have selected a tracked delivery service at the checkout and would like to track the delivery progress of your parcel, please type "email my tracking number" in the Special Instructions box at the checkout and we can provide full details how to track your parcel once it has been dispatched.
 
I live outside the United Kingdom and have my own shipping account with UPS/Fedex. Can I arrange my own shipping?
Yes, this is sometimes possible. Please contact us for information.
 
Can I return any item for a refund?
If you are unhappy with your vintage magazine purchase, we will accept returns*. Returns must be mailed in the condition they were received within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us before returning any items. We will issue a refund on the item when it is returned to us (less the postage costs**). All returns must be sent by tracked mail. If the item(s) has/have been shipped out to you and you then decide you would like a refund before you receive the item(s)), we request that the parcel is returned to us unopened and a full refund will then be given.
* Orders sent by courier internationally (e.g. Fedex, UPS) are non-returnable/non-refundable once they have been dispatched.
** We will only pay for shipping costs if the item has been misrepresented.
