After you have placed your order
Orders are dispatched within 5-7 days of receiving payment (Monday to Friday (excluding weekends)).
Once your order has been mailed, we will send you an email confirming dispatch.

We always obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate from the Post Office for every item mailed.
On very rare occasions, a package may become lost in transit. If this should occur, please be assured that we will always do our best to investigate any missing parcels with the Royal Mail. If you haven't received your parcel after the estimated shipping times specified above, please contact us and we will investigate.
Optional mail insurance (Recorded delivery / International Signed For)
Mail insurance is available and provides full compensation should your item become lost in the mail.
(Please select the shipping price with insurance option, if required, at the checkout).
A signature is required when you receive the package.
Returns
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to accept returns.
Returns must be mailed in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. Please email us before returning any items.
We will be happy to issue a refund on the item when it is returned to us (this does not include return shipping costs). All returns must be sent with tracking information.
Packaging
All magazines will be securely wrapped in protective cellophane and shipped in either a flat board-backed envelope or in a padded bubble bag, securely sealed and clearly labelled "Do Not Bend".
