How long will delivery take? 

 

Please allow 5-7 working days for us to process your order. Below is an estimate of Royal Mail delivery times once your order has been dispatched:
 

UK 1st Class Recorded delivery

1-2 days

Europe (Air Mail)

3-7 days

USA / Canada / Rest Of World (Air Mail)

5-10 days

 

I live in the United Kingdom - will I have to sign for the package when it arrives?
 
Yes. 1st Class Recorded delivery is offered as standard within the UK and Northern Ireland and requires a signature on delivery.
If you are not available to sign for the item at the time of delivery, the postman will leave a card instructing you where to collect the item from. Please be aware that Royal Mail will hold Recorded items for 7 days before returning them to us. If this occurs, you will be liable for the redelivery charge. If you then wish to cancel the order, the original delivery charge will not be refunded.


I live in the United Kingdom - do you offer next-day delivery?

Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not offer next-day delivery.


I live outside the United Kingdom - will I have to sign for the package when it arrives?

Air Mail delivery does not require a signature and does not include tracking.

We do, however, offer the option of worldwide mail insurance which includes online tracking (see below).


We offer two mail insurance options: "Airsure" and "International Signed For".
Airsure is an electronically tracked service from the UK to the destination (but provides no signature on delivery).
International Signed For is a tracked service until the item leaves the UK (and requires a signature on delivery).

"Airsure" is available for the following countries:

Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium,
Brazil, Canada, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Malaysia, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA.

For all other countries not listed above, we offer "International Signed For" delivery.

(If you wish to include mail insurance, please select the "shipping price plus insurance" option at the checkout stage).



Can I return any item?

 

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your magazine purchase, we will be happy to accept returns. Returns must be mailed in the condition they were received within 7 days of receipt. Please email us before returning any items. We will be happy to issue a refund on the item when it is returned to us (less the original postage and packing cost and return postage cost*). All returns must be sent with tracking information.
* We will only pay for shipping costs if the item has been misrepresented.
