Ordering & Payment Terms:
We accept payment for online orders via Cardsave or PayPal's secure gateway (all major credit and debit cards are accepted). All shop prices are exclusive of shipping costs. Shipping costs are shown prior to purchase by simply adding the items to the shopping basket and selecting "Calculate Postage Cost".
All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom within 5-7 days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday).
If you have selected the "Send us a payment invoice" checkout option, payment must be made within 7 days. If no payment is received within 7 days, the goods will be restocked in our store.
Items posted within the United Kingdom are shipped out via 1st Class Recorded delivery. Items shipped via Royal Mail will be delivered as per the Royal Mail's service standards and delivery generally takes 1-2 working days. The package will require a signature on receipt, so you should ensure that you are available to receive the package. If you are not available to sign for the package at the time of delivery, then the postman will leave a card informing you that you will need to collect the package(s) from your local sorting office.** We will not accept any costs you incur in collecting any such items. ** Note: Royal Mail will hold Recorded items for 7 days before
returning them to us. If this occurs, you will be liable for the redelivery
charge. If you then wish to cancel your order, the original delivery charge will
not be refunded.
All international deliveries are sent by either standard Air Mail or International Signed For (depending on which method you prefer). International Signed For is a trackable service and requires a signature on delivery. Deliveries to Europe generally take 5-10 days and deliveries to countries outside of Europe generally take 10-14 days. Please note that these delivery times are not guaranteed. Note: In some countries, import duties/taxes may apply. You are
advised to check these details yourself before placing an order. We have
no control over these charges and cannot be held responsible for these. Contact your local customs office for
further information.
Cancellation and Returns Policy:
We do not supply goods "on approval". Please ensure that you want the goods before placing an order in our store. If items are not required, these can easily be removed from your shopping basket at any time prior to purchasing. If, after ordering, you decide that you no longer require an item, you can cancel any part/all of your order at any time up until the point where we dispatch the goods to your delivery address. You should contact us immediately by phone or email to determine whether or not the order has already been dispatched. If you have paid through PayPal or Cardsave, we will arrange a full refund and the associated postage costs.
If you wish to cancel your order after receipt of goods, you must advise us immediately and return the unwanted item(s) at your own expense within 7 days. Please email us before returning any items. We will then issue a refund on the item when it is returned to us (less the original postage and packing cost and return postage cost***). All returns must be appropriately packed and sent using a tracked delivery service. *** We will only pay for shipping costs if the item has been misrepresented.
If we have shipped an incorrect item, you have the right to return the item to us and receive a full refund for its value plus shipping cost. Please contact us prior to returning any items.
Damaged Items:
We always endeavour to pack every item with care. Occasionally an item may be damaged during transit. In such cases, a full refund (or replacement, if available) will be issued if the item is returned to us, in its original packaging, as soon the damage is discovered.

All trademarks and logos are the property of their respective owners. Our copyrights are for our images and our wording only. No part of the site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, redistributed, stored, modified or displayed without the express written permission from www.crazyaboutmagazines.com
